About Me
I have over 30 years experience in commercial construction, including land acquisition, planning, and the development of residential properties.
Since starting in commercial projects as a contractor surveyor for large-scale contractors, I have recently expanded into freelance work, offering my skills and experience to homeowners, contractors, and developers.
My mission is to guide and support the development of properties by using cost-efficiency and team building, therefore ensuring the land is used to its maximum value. I love working with people in all aspects of the development process, supporting and teaching them wherever and whenever I can.
This is why, over the past 30 years, I have developed a reputation as a dedicated, trustworthy, and highly-effective surveyor.
My Experience
I have over 30 years experience as a surveyor and joined the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997.
During my career I’ve had the pleasure of working as a quantity surveyor on major multi-million pound commercial projects such as the Channel 4 Headquarters, Earls Court 2 Exhibition Centre and the Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre.
I constantly keep myself updated with the latest strategies in property development by regularly attending property courses taught by the likes of Paul Higgs, Kevin Green, and Progressive Property.
Furthermore, I am a keen student of personal development, having attended the trainings of renowned experts such Tony Robbins, Andy Harrington, and Robert Kiyosaki.
